As CEO, Patrick oversees all business aspects of Norfolk Capital, fulfilling the company’s mission of helping others to achieve their goals by providing opportunity and investment for local operators. A proven leader with a history of success, Patrick is also the founder of both Targete Enterprises, a real estate investment firm, and TIG Management, a full-service property management operation, each with more than two decades of successful operation which proves his vast experience in all aspects of the industry which supports his lending business. A native of Boston, Patrick is driven by a desire to see his community grow and to help his partners, clients, mentees, family, and friends achieve financial success through their real estate ventures.
